2011 Vauxhall Astra Sports Tourer Pricing Revealed

GM has announced Prices for the new Vauxhall Astra Sports Tourer will start at £16,575 when it arrives in UK showrooms towards the end of the year.

The Vauxhall Astra Sports Tourer is available on the British market with a choice between a 1.4-liter 100PS engine and a 1.7 CDTi diesel with 110PS. The equipment list of the new Vauxhall Astra Sports Tourer includes air conditioning, curtain airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESP), Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) and Active Safety Front Head Restraints.

Other trim levels include Exclusiv, SE and SRi, each come with a variety of standard and optional equipment, including FlexFold, which allows each section of the 60:40 split-fold rear seatbacks to be lowered at the press of a button housed in the walls of the cargo compartment.

Inside, the Flexfold seat system allows the rear seats to be folded in a 60:40 combination to reveal 500 litres of load space – 30 litres more than the Astra hatchback version.

Press Release

The new Astra Sports Tourer will enter the UK market later this year priced at just £16,575, over £500 less than the current entry-level Astra Estate, yet incorporating a long list of additional standard kit.

Built in Britain at Vauxhall’s Ellesmere Port plant, the Astra Sports Tourer range starts with the 1.4 (100PS) ES model, which gains an extra 10PS of power over the equivalent 1.4 Astra Estate. It also adds: air conditioning, curtain airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESP), Electronic Parking Brake (EPB), an aux-in socket and Active Safety Front Head Restraints, all as standard.

Better still, the Sports Tourer’s premium over the 5-door hatch model starts from just £995, for which customers benefit from a larger cargo area (500* versus 470 litres, with rear seats up), despite retaining the same wheelbase as the new hatch.

Diesel pricing is equally aggressive, with the entry-level 110PS 1.7 CDTi ES Sports Tourer costing less than the outgoing 90PS 1.3 CDTi Astra Estate Life, yet packing more power and benefiting from sub-120g/km CO2emissions.

The Sports Tourer range comprises four trim levels: ES, Exclusiv, SE and SRi, but adds a variety of standard and optional equipment, including FlexFold, which allows each section of the 60:40 split-fold rear seatbacks to be lowered at the press of a button housed in the walls of the cargo compartment.

Joining the new Astra range, which has now sold over 30,000 units in the UK since it was launched at the end of last year, the Sports Tourer is likely to account for approximately 10 per cent of all sales. Illustrating the depth of Vauxhall’s engineering and manufacturing excellence, the Sports Tourer will be assembled solely at its Ellesmere Port plant in Cheshire, while its upper-body structure has been 100 per cent engineered at Vauxhall Engineering Centre in Bedfordshire.

Mercedes-Benz S 350 BlueTEC price

Mercedes has announced the S 350 BlueTEC is now available, in Germany, for €76,279.

Powered by a V6 diesel engine that generates 258 hp and 620 Nm of torque, the car is enabled to accelerate from zero to 100 km/h in 7.1 seconds and reach an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h. Because of the AdBlue emission control, the new model produces a combined fuel consumption of only 6.8 l/100km (177 g/km of CO2). It is already in compliance with the emission standards planned for 2014 with the introduction of the EU 6 standard.

Along with the good performance, the S350 BluTEC also has astonishing fuel economy, as it uses just 6.8 litres of diesel per 100 kilometres. And it’s one of the cleanest diesel engines on the market because it has AdBlue emission control system.

The S350 BlueTEC should equal or outdo the S400 Hybrid on fuel efficiency, but we'll wait for the EPA to render its decision. The hybrid S-Class is rated for 2010 at 19 mpg city, 26 mpg highway.

Interior highlights include the contrasting stitching on the PASSION leather package and the Exclusive PASSION leather package. Alcantara is used for the roof liner and to cover the A-, B- and C-pillars. There is also a new Bang & Olufsen BeoSound AMG sound system that comes with a combination of 15 loudspeakers and two amplifiers with a total output of 1200W.

New BlueTEC model and active assistance systems for the S-Class: Enhanced efficiency, safety and luxury

The new S 350 BlueTEC which is now available from Mercedes-Benz is the most efficient and safest S-Class ever. And thanks to AdBlue® emission control it also offers one of the cleanest diesel models in the world. With combined fuel consumption of just 6.8 litres of diesel per 100 kilometres (NEDC) - corresponding to CO2 emissions of 177 grammes per kilometre - the new diesel model is eleven percent more economical than its predecessor. At the same time, the power output is up ten percent at 190 kW (258 hp) and torque is 15 percent higher at 620 Newton metres. In addition, the S 350 BlueTEC already complies with the emission levels which are planned for 2014 with the introduction of the EU 6 standard. Other new features for the S-Class of model year 2010 include Active Blind Spot Assist and Active Lane Keeping Assist.

The new S 350 BlueTEC combines outstanding safety and comfort plus performance on a par with an eight-cylinder vehicle with the excellent fuel consumption and emission values of a mid-size model. At 6.8 litres per 100 kilometres, the S 350 BlueTEC undercuts its predecessor model by 0.8 litres. CO2 emissions have similarly dropped by eleven percent, from 199 to 177 grammes per kilometre. At the same time output characteristics have improved, maximum power output rising from 173 kW (235 hp) to 190 kW (258 hp) with the current V6 engine and torque hitting a massive 620 Newton metres. The highly efficient and clean V6 diesel engine assures the luxury saloon of impressive performance, with acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 7.1 seconds and a top speed of 250 km/h (electronically limited).

BlueTEC is a technology developed by Mercedes-Benz to reduce emissions from diesel vehicles, in particular nitrogen oxides. To this end AdBlue®, an aqueous urea solution, is injected into the exhaust flow. This releases ammonia, which converts up to 80 percent of nitrogen oxides into harmless nitrogen and water in the downstream SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) catalytic converter. As a result, the S 350 BlueTEC already complies with the emission levels which are planned for 2014 with the introduction of the EU 6 standard. The AdBlue® tank is installed under the luggage compartment floor and has a capacity of 25.7 litres. The tank is replenished at the regular maintenance intervals every 25,000 kilometres. The price for the new S 350 BlueTEC stands at € 76,279.00.

Active Lane Keeping Assist and Active Blind Spot Assist

In parallel with the CL-Class, Mercedes-Benz is also introducing two new safety systems for the S-Class which can help to avoid dangerous situations and accidents. When the wheels pass over a broken lane marking, the system activates an electric motor in the steering wheel which triggers brief vibrations - a subtle but effective warning signal. Active Lane Keeping Assist takes effect when the vehicle unintentionally passes over a continuous line to the right or left of the lane. In this case it gently brakes the rear wheel on the opposite side of the vehicle to counteract the drift away from the lane. Active Lane Keeping Assist employs the ESP® electronic stability programme for this purpose.

Active Blind Spot Assist is now available as a further new feature for the S-Class. This system warns the driver by means of a red signal in the glass of the exterior mirror when it detects that changing the lane may lead to an accident. Close-range radar sensors scan the area directly alongside and behind the car for this purpose. If the driver ignores the warnings and a vehicle in the neighbouring lane comes dangerously near - when cutting in after overtaking, for example - gentle corrective braking intervention will take place via ESP® on the wheels on the opposite side of the vehicle. This results in slight yawing of the saloon around its vertical axis as a result of the varying brake force distribution.

Where an accident is nevertheless unavoidable, braking intervention by Active Blind Spot Assist helps to reduce the severity of impact. Active Lane Keeping Assist and Active Blind Spot Assist are available for the S-Class now as part of the Driving Assistance package PLUS.

New leather appointments with stitching

To personalise the interior of the S-Class, Mercedes-Benz is also offering new, high-quality leather appointments which underscore the luxury saloon's exclusive character. A defining feature is the contrasting stitching on the PASSION leather package and the Exclusive PASSION leather package (standard for S 600). Colours and scope of appointments vary according to upholstery and package contents.

The PASSION leather package features the stitching on the fine leather of the seats and armrests as well as on the top and bottom of the instrument panel support and the door panelling, all of which are finished in ARTICO, a man-made leather which is pleasant to the touch. The Exclusive PASSION leather package features seats, armrests, instrument panel support, door linings, ruffled pockets and a rear shelf in fine leather with contrasting stitching. Alcantara is used for the roof liner and to cover the A-, B- and C-pillars.

Tailor-made high-end sound system

The new Bang & Olufsen BeoSound AMG sound system tailored to the luxury saloon's interior is available as a further new feature for the S-Class (standard for S 65 AMG). A combination of 15 loudspeakers and two amplifiers with a total output of 1200 W ensure a thrilling quality of sound from this high-end system. The algorithm of the digital sound processor allows a choice between high-end studio sound and surround sound, and the audio output can be focused exactly on the seat positions of the driver, front-passenger, rear seats or the centre of the interior.

Music can be enjoyed on long trips without tiring the listeners, thanks in particular to the dynamic compensation of driving noise: a microphone integrated in the roof lining between the gullwing doors provides a continuous supply of data on the current interior noise level. The digital sound processor analyses all the frequency bands and increases the volume according to the vehicle's speed - via individual adjustment of each loudspeaker and the different frequency ranges.

2010 Nissan Leaf European Pricing Announced

Nissan Europe have announced the pricing structure for the European rollout of the 2011 Nissan Leaf. The Leaf car has received a huge number of  reservations in the U.S already and will be launched in Europe in three stages. Nissan plans to release just one model of the Leaf in Europe, as oppose to the two trim levels available in the U.S. from this Fall.

The cost of the Leaf in the UK will be £23,350 (€27,471) after a £5,000 government rebate. These first four countries were chosen because of the incentives that will keep the cost to consumers more manageable. Nissan will start taking reservations for the Leaf in Europe in July 2010.

Nissan Leaf customers will enjoy benefits such as zero vehicle excise duty and zero company car tax for five years.

The automaker chose Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, and the U.K. as its launch markets because those nations already have tax reduction laws in place for purchasers of very low- or zero-emissions vehicles.  The car will be released on the rest of the European market before the end of 2011.

NISSAN ANNOUNCES EUROPEAN PRICES OF NISSAN LEAF, WORLD'S FIRST MASS-MARKET, ALL-ELECTRIC ZERO-EMISSION VEHICLE

Price to be under 30,000 Euros after incentives in most European countries

  • Price in UK is 23,350 Pounds (27,471 Euros) after government incentives
  • Price in the Netherlands is 32,839 Euros (28,068 Pounds). Dutch buyers will benefit from 6,000-19,000 Euros (5,128-16,239 Pounds) in tax savings over five years
  • Price in Republic of Ireland is 29,995 Euros (25,637 Pounds) after government incentives
  • Price in Portugal is 29,955 Euros (25,603 Pounds) after government incentives
  • All prices include battery
  • Reservations for the four initial markets to begin in July
  • Prices for other countries to be announced closer to launch

Nissan International SA today announced that the all-electric Nissan LEAF will be priced at under 30,000 Euros (25,641 Pounds) after incentives in most of its European launch markets - about the same as a comparably-equipped diesel or hybrid vehicle.

The company also announced specific prices for the UK, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland and Portugal, the four initial European launch markets for the Nissan LEAF. Reservations will begin in July.

The Nissan LEAF is a compact, zero-emission five-passenger family car that comes fully equipped with features such as air conditioning, satellite navigation, a parking camera, a quick charge socket and innovative smart-phone connectivity.

"Nissan leads the industry by being the first automaker to offer an affordable zero-emission car. It's a pure electric vehicle, with no tailpipe emissions and very low running costs. Nissan LEAF may look similar to a compact family car, but its smoothness, acceleration and handling will surprise and impress drivers and passengers alike," said Simon Thomas, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Nissan International SA.

In the United Kingdom, the purchase price of the Nissan LEAF would be 23,350 Pounds (27,471 Euros)after government incentives. The price, which includes the battery, is 28,350 Pounds (33,353 Euros) before incentives. The UK government recently announced that it will refund 25 percent of the purchase price of a pure electric vehicle, up to a limit of 5,000 Pounds. The Nissan LEAF goes on sale in the UK in February 2011.

An array of other incentives can further defray the costs and increase the benefits of owning the Nissan LEAF. In the UK, EV customers benefit from advantages including zero vehicle excise duty and zero company car tax for five years. This, combined with significant savings in fuel costs of about 600 Euros (513 Pounds) on average annually in Europe versus a traditional car, makes the Nissan LEAF an affordable and compelling proposition.

The purchase price in the Netherlands will be 32,839 Euros (28,068 Pounds). Here, subsidies will take the form of zero vehicle registration and road taxes, resulting in tax savings of 6,000 Euros for private car owners and 19,000 Euros for company car owners over five years. Sales in the Netherlands begin this December.

The price in the Republic of Ireland is 29,995 Euros (25,637 Pounds)after 5,000 Euros in government incentives. Buyers will be exempt from vehicle registration tax, which can amount to as much as 3,800 Euros on a C-segment car. Sales in Ireland begin in February next year.

The price in Portugal is 29,955 Euros (25,603 Pounds)after 5,000 Euros in government incentives. Portuguese customers owning the Nissan LEAF benefit from road tax exemption. Sales in Portugal begin this December.

Nissan has decided to launch in these countries first due to significant government incentives for electric cars, and the ongoing development of charging infrastructure for their successful adoption. By the end of next year, Nissan LEAF will be available in every major Western European country.

"The Renault-Nissan Alliance is investing over four billion Euros to lead the auto industry in electric vehicles, with eight products across three brands," said Simon Thomas. "This investment includes five battery plants and seven confirmed assembly plants, including Sunderland in the UK. This reflects the strong commitment the alliance has made to electric vehicles and our determination to lead the market."

To ensure a place in line when Nissan begins taking reservations in the four initial markets, customers in those countries should pre-register on their local Nissan consumer website.*

In addition to purchasing the car outright, customers will also be able to buy the car on a Nissan finance plan. Details of the all-inclusive acquisition method will also be released in July.

Press Release
  • More miles and lower CO2 from Infiniti’s first FX diesel
  • Bespoke 235 bhp piezo-injection V6 with class-leading 550Nm (406 lb ft)
    of torque
  • Still a sports car at heart – a diesel with available Rear Active
    Steering (RAS)
  • Choice of luxury GT or sporting S themes, both topped by new Premium
grades equipped as standard with every feature in Infiniti’s portfolio
  • Infiniti’s Forward Collision Warning and Lane Departure Prevention
    systems now available in Europe
  • FX30d prices from £45,150 – virtually the same as FX37 petrol versions
  • Orderable now with deliveries to start from July

ROLLE, Switzerland (May 6, 2010) – The Infiniti FX, one of the sportiest
driving – and certainly the sportiest looking – large crossovers on the market
is now available with a sporting new engine under the bonnet. A diesel. This
isn’t the only first for Infiniti in Europe because with the new engine comes
the availability of new safety technology: Forward Collision Warning and Lane
Departure Prevention.

Playing to the FX’s strengths, the state-of-the-art 3.0-litre V6 enhances the
FX’s already torque-rich performance while significantly lowering CO
2
emissions and fuel consumption for real customer benefit. To be called the
FX30d, the four variant range joins the FX petrol V6 and V8 models in a new look
line-up for 2010 – and at prices that are virtually identical to equivalent V6
petrol models.

Announced today, the FX30d costs from £45,150, just £200 more than the
equivalent FX37 petrol model. Available in both luxury GT and more sporting S
guises, the arrival of the diesel also marks the addition of new Premium
specification grades with every possible feature included as standard –
including the sophisticated new safety technology to help guard against
collisions, available for the first time on any Infiniti in Europe.

The FX’s advanced construction, aerodynamic prowess and highly efficient
intelligent all-wheel drive system provide the perfect accompaniment for the
bespoke new V6 diesel engine. Fuel consumption on the combined cycle is trimmed
to 31.4 mpg (9.0l/100km) while CO
2 emissions drop to 238 g/km.

The diesel FX, however, remains a performance car at heart – as the new
engine’s impressive 550 Nm (406 lb ft) of pulling power, available at just
1750rpm, demonstrates. Paired with the standard 7-speed Adaptive Shift Control
automatic transmission, the piezo-injection engine powers the greener FX from
0-62 mph in just 8.3 seconds. But with more torque than even the petrol V8 of
the FX50, it’s the diesel’s effortless overtaking pace that is set to leave the
lasting impression.

The FX’s sports credentials are enhanced in the FX30dS model which puts the
emphasis firmly on driver appeal. The S spec diesel includes 21-inch alloy
wheels, sports seats, sports suspension and Rear Active Steering (RAS) – the
first time this incisive handling technology has been available in the FX range
on anything other than the FX50 flagship.

Sacrificing neither performance nor refinement over the petrol FX, the
FX30d’s engine provides an exceptional breadth of capability. The exhaust has
even been tuned so it sounds sporting. Uniquely, the V6 features a compacted
graphite iron (CGI) block which combines the light weight of an alloy block with
the smoothness of an iron block engine – without recourse to complicated extra
engineering.

With 238 PS (235 bhp) the power output is among the highest of single-turbo
V6 diesel engines. The turbocharger is mounted in the V of the engine which is
set at an unusual 65 degree angle to the benefit of balance, reliability as well
as packaging efficiency.

The new diesel model is available in four guises, all paired by equivalent
FX37 petrol models in a simplified line-up designed to reflect a Europe-wide
customer preference for top-end FXs. In practice the change means more features,
fewer extra-cost options and a new top grade, Premium.

FX buyers can go in two specification directions: luxury GT or sporting S.
The 2010 GT, in either FX30d diesel or FX37 petrol forms, comes fully equipped
as standard with paddle-shift 7-speed automatic transmission, intelligent
all-wheel drive, leather upholstery, heated and cooled front seats, bi-Xenon
cornering headlights (AFS), rear view camera and parking sensors, powered front
seat adjustment (with driver’s seat memory), electric reach and rake adjustment
for steering wheel, glass sunroof, 20-inch light alloy wheels, I-Key with smart
access, cruise control, Scratch Shield self-healing paint and a 7-speaker audio
system including 6-CD changer, MP3 decoder, Aux-In and Bluetooth for mobile
connectivity.

The S derivatives ramp up the sporting appeal with powered front sports
seats, Continuous Damping Control (CDC) shock absorbers, 21-inch alloy wheels
and, on the diesel S and 5.0-litre V8 petrol only, Rear Active Steering (RAS),
which enhances both stability and agility. To distinguish the S, the model comes
with smoked-glass headlamps and dark chrome exterior air vent and sill strip.

The new Premium grade enhances both GT and S models with features which are
often unavailable in rivals. Safety is a particular focus, reinforcing the FX’s
highest-possible five-star ranking in the EuroNCAP crash tests. Both GT Premium
and S Premium versions of FX30d and FX37 are equipped with key elements of
Infiniti’s innovative Safety Shield technology such as Intelligent Cruise
Control (ICC) with full speed range, Intelligent Brake Assist (IBA), and Forward
Collision Warning (FCW).

ICC ensures a safe distance to the car in front while the cruise control is
operating. When cruise control is off – the majority of the time for most
drivers – a combination of IBA and FCW remains constantly on alert, not just
warning the driver of insufficient distance to the vehicle in front but
pre-loading the powerful all-disc braking system in readiness for an emergency
stop, should that become necessary.

Another safety bonus, for the diesel only, is the inclusion in Premium models
of Lane Departure Prevention (LDP), available in Europe for the first time.
Unlike rival systems which merely warn the driver when the car strays out of a
designated traffic lane, Infiniti’s LDP gives a warning but crucially will then
take action if that warning is not heeded. Gentle brake pressure on one side of
the car guides the vehicle back into the correct lane. LDP functions only above
70 km/h and is automatically over-ridden by use of the indicators. The system
can also be turned off by the driver if desired.

FX Premium versions are also equipped with innovations like Around View
Monitor and a 30GB hard disk drive satellite navigation system, key ingredient
of Infiniti’s headline Connectiviti+ information and entertainment platform.
Notable for its wide ranging functionality and intuitive controls, the satnav is
not just four times faster than the previous DVD-based system but includes a
wide range of features and facilities, from Michelin Guide recommendations to 3D
graphics, to take the stress out of journeys – and add some extra enjoyment,
too.

On the music front, Premium models are equipped with a 10 GB Music Box which
can store the equivalent of 300 CDs – and, as standard, a Bose
®
Premium Sound System on which to enjoy them.

As before the V8-powered FX50 remains the flagship. There are no changes to
its specification for 2010 – virtually everything was already standard – but the
model is now badged FX50 S Premium to reflect the new order.

Prices for the full range of 2010 FX models are as follows:

FX37 GT £44,950
FX30d GT £45,150

FX37 GT Premium £49,040
FX30d GT Premium £49,680

FX37 S £47,000
FX30d S £47,200

FX37 S Premium £51,090
FX30d S Premium £51,730
FX50 S Premium £56,400

The full range of both petrol and diesel-powered FX models is now available
to order from an Infiniti Centre.

Press Release

NISSAN DELIVERS AFFORDABLE SOLUTIONS FOR PURCHASE, LEASE OF
ALL-ELECTRIC NISSAN LEAF
  • As low as $25,280 ($32,780 MSRP minus up to $7,500 federal tax
    credit)
  • Lease world's first mass-marketed EV for $349 per month

Nissan North America, Inc. (NNA) today announced U.S. pricing for the
2011 Nissan LEAF electric vehicle, which becomes available for purchase or
lease at Nissan dealers in select markets in December and nationwide in
2011. Nissan will begin taking consumer reservations for the Nissan LEAF
April 20.

Including the $7,500 federal tax credit for which the Nissan LEAF will be
fully eligible, the consumer's after-tax net value of the vehicle will be
$25,280. The Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price *(MSRP) for the 2011
all-electric, zero-emission Nissan LEAF is $32,780, which includes three
years of roadside assistance. Additionally, there is an array of state and
local incentives that may further defray the costs and increase the benefits
of owning and charging a Nissan LEAF - such as a $5,000 statewide tax rebate
in California; a $5,000 tax credit in Georgia; a $1,500 tax credit in
Oregon; and carpool-lane access in some states, including California.

As a result of aggressive pricing and the availability of the $7,500
federal tax credit whose benefit is immediately included, Nissan will be
able to offer a monthly lease payment beginning at $349, not including state
or local incentives, which could further reduce the net cost of the Nissan
LEAF.

"Imagine the possibility of never needing to go to a gas station again.
Or of paying less than $3 for 100 miles behind the wheel. Or of creating
zero emissions while driving," said Brian Carolin, senior vice president,
Sales and Marketing, NNA. "Nissan leads the industry by offering the first
affordable, zero-emission vehicle for the mass market. Nissan LEAF truly is
in a class by itself."

The vehicle at the SV trim level is well-equipped with a variety of
standard features, including an advanced navigation system and
Internet/smart phone connectivity to the vehicle, enabling pre-heat/pre-cool
and charging control. Nissan LEAF is equipped with energy-efficient LED
headlights and makes extensive use of recycled and recyclable materials,
such as seat fabric, instrument panel materials, and front- and rear-bumper
fascias. Other standard amenities include Bluetooth connectivity;
Intelligent-key with push button start; Sirius/XM satellite radio
capabilities and roadside assistance. Safety features include vehicle
dynamic control (stability control), traction control and six airbags. The
SL trim level, available for an additional $940 (MSRP), adds features
including rearview monitor, solar panel spoiler, fog lights, and automatic
headlights.

Reservations and Purchase

In order to ensure a one-stop-shop customer experience, Nissan is carefully
managing the purchase process from the first step, when consumers sign up on
NissanUSA.com, until the customer takes the Nissan LEAF home and plugs it
into a personal charging dock.

  • Nissan begins accepting reservations on April 20 first from people
who have signed up on NissanUSA.com, and, after a brief introductory
    period, to all interested consumers.
  • Consumers will be required to pay a $99 reservation fee, which is
    fully refundable.
  • Reserving a Nissan LEAF ensures consumers a place in line when
Nissan begins taking firm orders in August, as well as access to
    special, upcoming Nissan LEAF events.
  • Rollout to select markets begins in December, with nationwide
    availability in 2011.

Charging Equipment

In tandem with the purchase process, Nissan will offer personal charging
docks, which operate on a 220-volt supply, as well as their installation.
Nissan is providing these home-charging stations, which will be built and
installed by AeroVironment, as part of a one-stop-shop process that includes
a home assessment.

  • The average cost for the charging dock plus installation will be
    $2,200.
  • Charging dock and installation are eligible for a 50 percent federal
    tax credit up to $2,000.
  • Using current national electricity averages, Nissan LEAF will cost
less than $3 to "fill up."
  • Nissan LEAF also will be the sole vehicle available as part of The
EV Project, which is led by EV infrastructure provider eTec, a division
of ECOtality, and will provide free home-charging stations and
installation for up to 4,700 Nissan LEAF owners in those markets.

In North America, Nissan's operations include automotive design,
